Why Essential Oils, Why All The Hype?

A lot of people ask me this question or are curious what the hype is all about, I thought there was hype as well until we really started using essential oils in our home and now...no hype...truth, these little bottles are filled with plant magic sauce, for reals!!!

1. Replacing Harmful Toxic Products: This is for all my DIY'ers ;)...

By entering your bloodstream through pores in your skin, Essential Oils attach to cell receptor sites (think of it like a puzzle pieces fitting together) that have been damaged and work to repair these damaged cells, increasing their function. 5. Smell: Can we just add a note about how yummy they smell! Just a few drops in a diffuser and the whole room is filled with the scent of an orange tree, the smell of walking through the forest, a bouquet of roses, a bowl of lemons, comfort, stress melting away, you get the picture, right? The best part for me is that it's pennies compared to candles and a whole lot less toxic than burning candles, incense, evening wax melts.
